Returns, Refunds, and Cooling-Off Period

1. Cooling-Off Period (CPA)

You have the right to cancel an online transaction within 7 days of receiving the goods, without penalty, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Returns

Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Certain goods may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time once returned goods are received and inspected.

Delivery costs may not be refundable unless required by law.

Warranties and Defective Goods

Products are covered by the implied warranty of quality under the CPA.

You may return defective goods within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund, as provided by law.
